A presto! :)

_DSC0028Milan Fashion Week is finished, the Paris fashion week is about to begin, and the most important and famous fashion bloggers are the focus of attention. They have become the focus of the fashion system: documenting the most important fashion shows, they present their views, and influence the new collections of the most important designers.
The fashion blogging has become almost a mass phenomenon, many people have a fashion blog. And, when we are dealing with a so large phenomenon, it tends to fall in competition. The fashion blogging becomes repetitive, boring. There's no subjectivity, that it should always be present in a blog, which is always personal.
The fashion bloggers are competing to see who wears the look that stands out more, and you come to acquire an exaggerated and crazy style.
I’ve got the steadfast idea that fashion does not have rigid rules, fashion is virtually unlimited, everyone does what they like the most and that's the beauty! A blog allows great freedom of expression, and I think that the figure of the fashion bloggers have all the potential to become an important figure, respected and professional.

I love to follow, observe, admire the outfits offered by fashion bloggers (from the most popular to less popular), as you can see from my long (and ever increasing) list of favorite fashion blogs. Sometimes, however, I find some outfits that I really don’t like and that make me perplexed. But I think that this is normal, each of us has a personal taste: the world is beautiful because in it there are so many different people! But beware, sometimes you risk the ridicule and "Il covo delle solo avvilite" is ready to present a good scolding. There is constructive criticism (and if there is a pinch of irony, even better!), and I think that is also very useful to improve. Nobody is perfect and no one should presume to feel superior than others.
In her recent article, the editor of Italian Vogue, Franca Sozzani, has put some order among the "chaotic fashion," attacking too exaggerated and "screaming" looks. The director proclaims a return to the true taste, and I could not agree more.

“We are truly fed up with your improbable visions. Taste, elegance and being aware that fashion is, for sure, a matter of fantasy and creativity, but has nothing to do with the grand finale on a circus ring. Thanks to those who have sorted things out, once again.”

And you, what do you think? Let me know with a comment! :)
See you soon! :)

Altre, fortunatamente rimangono abbastanza semplici.

  3. @lapetiteblonde: yes, she changes her style, but she is always perfect!
